ABC Home Support, thank you so very much for providing caregivers for my husband J.C. “J” responded so well to the kind, helpful people who looked after him, also they were very helpful in helping me around the house (dishes etc). You always responded quickly to my requests for help and I relaxed knowing “J” would be in capable hands. Your service made it possible for “J” to stay at home without my going crazy if I couldn’t get out. You made it possible for him to stay longer with me (I do miss him). Thank you again.

Dear ABC Home Support,
This is to thank you for the services your company showed in the caring of my 92-year-old Father from November 16-26.
I realize that, with his mental disorientation and the confusion this caused in him, together with the Chinese/English language barrier , he was a difficult patient to look after. While you staff of Richard, Benedicat, Sheba, Meena and Linda did their best to take care of him, I would especially like to single out Linda for the quality of her care. She seemed able to calm my Father down much better when he became upset, during the night. Her ability in knowing what would make him more comfortable made it possible for him to spend a couple of nights in peaceful slumber, which resulted in my Father acting more like himself during the day.
Linda’s professionalism was and is, beyond reproach, for which I am most thankful.

ABC Home Support provided my parents JF & DSW with the highest level of care. My parents did not want home support, however after the ABC Support workers started coming to help them out; my parents started looking forward to the visits. The management team came out to visit my parents and assess their needs, All the ABC Support staff that stayed with my Mom was well trained and experienced in dealing with dementia.
After my Dad passed away, and my Mom could not be left alone, ABC made sure there was coverage 24 hours a day, with the same support worker until my Mom entered a care facility. She would take my Mother for walks, attend to her needs and treated her with the utmost respect and dignity.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to ABC Home Support Service for providing high quality, professional and care in-home services to our Father for the past 4 years. After his minor stroke, and as he advanced well into his 90’s, it was so important to the whole family that Dad maintained the best possible quality of life by staring at home as long as he could, appropriate to his changing circumstances. The exceptional support and service provided on a daily basis by his caregivers from ABC meant he was able to do that.
The ABC management team went to considerable lengths to ensure that not only were the skills and competencies of assigned staff “up to” ABC’s high standards of care and appropriate to the assignment, of course, but that their personalities were a ‘match’ for our Father-positive outlook; upbeat and sociable; always attentive. These are critically important to effective care of the elderly and ABC did not disappoint. They were always just a short phone call away and visited in-home to monitor overall services regularly. ABC rallied quickly in times of emergencies.
We are especially thankful to Nilda and Emperatriz for their cheerful, efficient and genuinely caring assistance each day, in meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal companionship.
Even though Dad is leaving so that he can access the level of personal and medical attention only available to a residential care facility, he and we will always remember fondly the kind and timely support he received from ABC and his regular in-home caregivers.
